DOGA Steuerungstechnik GmbH brings mechanical engineering and control technology together as a harmonious unit – and has done so for over four decades. What began as an idea in 1984 has grown into an established specialist for special purpose machinery, serving customers in the automotive, energy, consumer goods, medical technology and electronics industries worldwide.

Our Roots. Our Journey.

1984

Founded as DOGA GbR

Peter Rzeha and André Kolanowski founded DOGA GbR on 13 December 1984 in Gladbeck. From day one, the approach was clear: mechanical engineering and control technology from a single source.

1988

Incorporated as a GmbH

On 27 October 1988, the company was converted into DOGA Steuerungstechnik GmbH – a key milestone for further growth.

1993

First Apprentice & Own Premises

DOGA began training apprentices in mechanical engineering and moved into its own premises in Bottrop – laying the foundation for a team of qualified specialists.

2004

Accredited IHK Training Company

DOGA was officially accredited as an IHK (Chamber of Commerce) training company – a status we maintain with pride to this day.

2013

25 Years of DOGA GmbH

The company celebrated its 25th anniversary as a GmbH – with a grown team, a broad customer base and a clear vision for the future.

2015/2016

First Family Succession

Bastian Rzeha takes over as Managing Director – the first family succession ensures continuity and the further development of the company.

2019

New Production Facility in Gladbeck

Opening of modern company premises at Heinrich-Hertz-Straße 7 – with state-of-the-art infrastructure for manufacturing, assembly and administration.

2025

Second Family Succession

Tim Kolanowski takes over as Managing Director, leading the company into the next generation – with the ambition to combine tradition and innovation.
